We’re not just expanding our space—we’re expanding our impact. Everything we’re building is designed with one goal in mind: to serve you and your pets better. Here’s how our new space will make your experience at NorthPoint even more valuable, comfortable, and personalized.

1. More Expertise, More Access

We’re adding room to do more of what we do best: one-on-one support, real answers, and science-based solutions. With more space, our team can spend more time with you, whether you’re troubleshooting a tricky health issue or just figuring out what food makes sense for your lifestyle and budget.

2. Training, Trims, and Tail Wags

We’re bringing dog training in-house,  and expanding access to nail trims with private, quiet spaces that reduce stress and distraction.

• Nervous pet? No problem.
• Big dog with big energy? We’ve got you.
• Busy schedule? No worries, we’ll make it simple.
• We’re making wellness care less overwhelming and more personal.

3. Pet Photography You’ll Love

You’ve been asking, and it’s coming. Our new pet photography space is designed to capture the real personality of your pet—no gimmicks, no chaos. Think keepsake portraits, milestone moments, or just-for-fun sessions in a calm, clean space.

4. Better Flow, Lower Stress

Dogs, crowded aisles, awkward corners… we get it. Our new layout is intentionally designed to:

• Improve traffic flow
• Minimize overstimulation for reactive pets
• Create private areas for specialized needs
• Give you room to breathe, browse, and ask questions comfortably

5. More Products That Meet Our Standards

We’re not just adding more shelves—we’re adding more of the right products. Everything passes our ingredient, sourcing, and testing standards. More space means:

• Easier comparison shopping
• Clearer education signage
• Room to feature rotating expert picks and new finds

6. Built for You—Because of You

We’re doing this because you showed up. You trusted us. You challenged us. And now we’re building a space that lives up to the community you helped create.

If you’ve ever said, “I wish NorthPoint had ___,” this expansion was built with you in mind.

We Can’t Wait for You to See It

From the training mats to the display tables, every inch of this expansion was designed to make your experience smoother, smarter, and more personal. Stay tuned for sneak peeks and event details—and thank you for being part of what makes NorthPoint different.
