How Calm Canines Started 

NorthPoint Pets’ Social Media Manager, Mercedes, originally pitched the idea to bring Calm Canine sessions to the store.

“The moment I saw this idea going viral, I knew it was something our customers would love,” Mercedes said. “No one wants a stressful shopping trip, especially when you’re just trying to treat your dog. I’ve seen friends struggle with their reactive dogs, feeling like they have to miss out on common experiences, like a birthday shopping trip, because it so often turns into a stressful ordeal.”
