Dr. Nicole Cammack is a canine nutrition researcher, postdoctoral scholar at the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine, and Founder & Chief Science Officer of NorthPoint Pets & Company, one of the nation’s leading science-based independent pet retailers. Research
Dr. Cammack earned her PhD in Comparative Biomedical Sciences from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine, where her doctoral research investigated canine nutrition and urinary metabolomics. She also holds a Master of Science in Nutrition, providing an interdisciplinary foundation that combines rigorous scientific methodology with real-world application. As a Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine and collaborator with the DogRisk research group at the University of Helsinki, her current research explores nutritional biomarkers, metabolomics, advanced glycation end products (AGEs), and the relationship between food processing and canine health.
